Service Terms for Louisiana Pest Solutions in Louisiana

What General Pest Control Covers

Last updated: October 2026

General Pest Control covers the inspection and treatment tasks described in the estimate or service agreement you approve. Depending on that written scope, work may address common household pests and accessible areas of the property.

The agreement identifies included visits, treatment locations, and any preparation you need to complete. Specialized pest work, repairs, exclusion, cleanup, recurring plans, and treatment of areas not listed require a separate written agreement.

Pesticides are applied only as allowed by their product labels and applicable law, including the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). Louisiana structural pest control work is subject to Louisiana Revised Statutes, Title 3, Chapter 20, applicable licensing requirements, and Louisiana Administrative Code, Title 7, Part XXIII.

Container disposal follows label directions. Applicable pesticide residues must be handled under relevant hazardous-waste rules, including RCRA requirements, and guidance from the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality when relevant. Work also follows applicable EPA, OSHA, and U.S. DOT requirements.

Setting, Changing, or Cancelling a Visit

Appointments are arranged through Louisiana Pest Solutions and confirmed with the service date and agreed scope. Please provide accurate access instructions and tell us about relevant site conditions before the visit.

If you need to cancel or change an appointment, contact us as soon as possible using the phone or email listed below. Any cancellation notice period or fee will apply only if it was disclosed in your service agreement or estimate.

A request to add rooms, structures, pests, or other work may change the scope and cost. We will explain the proposed change and obtain your approval before performing work outside the agreed scope.

If access is unavailable, required preparation is incomplete, or conditions make service unsafe or impractical, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. We will discuss next steps with you. Appointment dates and arrival times are estimates unless your written agreement says otherwise.

How Estimates and Payment Work

An estimate describes the proposed work and its cost based on the information available when it is prepared. It is not approval for tasks that are not listed. Review the service locations, treatment scope, any stated visit schedule, and payment terms before accepting. Questions or requested changes should be resolved before work begins.

Payment is due as stated in the estimate or service agreement. If no timing is stated, please confirm the payment terms with Louisiana Pest Solutions before service.

We do not promise a price for work that has not been assessed or included in the approved scope. If inspection reveals a condition that calls for added work, we will explain the change and seek your approval before proceeding.

You are responsible for payment for authorized work under the agreed terms. Any applicable taxes or other charges will be identified in the estimate or agreement where required.

Written Terms Govern Any Service Coverage

Louisiana Pest Solutions does not state a standard workmanship warranty period in these terms. Any warranty, retreatment commitment, or other service coverage applies only when it is specifically described in writing in your estimate or service agreement. Check that document for the covered pest and locations, duration, conditions, and steps for requesting service.

Results can depend on factors outside a treatment visit, including pest pressure, property conditions, sanitation, access, and work performed by others. Follow the preparation and follow-up instructions provided for your service.

A change in conditions or failure to meet written coverage requirements may affect eligibility, but only as described in the applicable agreement. Contact us if you believe work did not match the approved scope; we will review the service record and written terms.

Nothing in this section creates a guarantee or changes a commitment expressly made in a signed or otherwise accepted service agreement.

Responsibility for Service and Property Conditions

To the extent permitted by law, Louisiana Pest Solutions’ responsibility for a claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue. This limit does not apply where applicable law prohibits it.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, concealed conditions, or problems outside the approved scope, except where the law requires otherwise. Please tell us about known site conditions and follow the preparation and safety directions provided for the visit.

Pesticide use must follow product labeling under FIFRA and applicable Louisiana requirements, including Louisiana Revised Statutes, Title 3, Chapter 20, structural pest control licensing rules, and Louisiana Administrative Code, Title 7, Part XXIII. Label directions also govern container disposal.

Applicable pesticide residues may be subject to RCRA hazardous-waste rules; requirements depend on the material and circumstances. These terms do not excuse failure to meet legal duties or professional standards that cannot be waived.

Updates do not change completed services retroactively. Please review the current terms before approving new work.
